CLIMATE:
SUMMERS...are typical of the high desert. Although daytime temperatures often reach into the 100´s, gentle breezes and super low humidity create a comfortable level of acceptability. Due to the elevation, nights cool down to the 70´s and 80´s .
SPRING & FALL...temperatures range from the 60´s in March to the 90´s in May. Temperatures in September usually range in the 90´s and drop off to the 60´s by late November.
WINTER...nights are usually cold with temperatures dropping to the 30´s for short periods. Days warm up to the 50´s. Skies are clear and the sunshine is warm.

LOCATION:
Pahrump is located in the southwest corner of Nye County, Nevada. It is 60 miles west of Las Vegas and 60 miles east of Death Valley. The Valley is about 26 miles long and ranges from 8 to 12 miles wide. Surrounding the Valley are the Spring Mountain Range to the east and the Nopah Mountains to the west.
